Karthika Nair her debut in Tamil cinema with the movie ‘Ko’ directed by KV Anand in which she was paired opposite Jiiva. She later played the female lead opposite Arya in ‘Purambokku Enum Podhuvudamai’ and Bharathiraja’s ‘Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum’ apart from Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada films. She has since quit films and is running the family owned luxury hotels from the Mumbai headquarters.
