Famous director and actor Cheran’s father Pandian passed away today in his native village. He was 84 years old and breathed his last due to natural causes. Several film industry celebrities and fans have taken to social media to console the bereaved actor-director and his family.
Cheran’s father Pandian worked as a theater operator in his native village Palayoor Patti. He was said to have influenced his son to take up cinema as his career. Cheran along with his wife, daughters and their families rushed to his village.
Kollywood sources have confirmed that the last rites of Pandyan was held at five in the evening of November 16th. We extend our deepest condolences to the talented filmmaker and actor for his irreparable loss. RIP!
