Vijay Antony, one of the most bankable actors in Tamil cinema, is now back with his new film ‘Valli Mayil’. This upcoming flick, directed by Na Suseenthiran, has Vijay Antony as a daring cop. The makers launched the official teaser of the movie today and it is going viral.
The 50-second video opens with the arrest of the rebel leader Tamil Vendhan (Sathyaraj). Vijay Antony was seen as Sakthi Saravanan who defends the system against Tamil Vendhan. His role seems to have both positive and negative shades. These two’s cat-and-mouse game seems to be the crux of the plot.
However, we were introduced to the titular role played by Faria Abdullah finally. The story seems to revolve around the Valli Mayil character who is a street play artist and a revolutionary. Valli Mayil stars Vijay Antony, Sathyaraj, Faria Abdullah, Thambi Ramaiah, Bharathiraja, Sunil, Manoj Bharathiraja, Redin Kingsly, Kani, GP Muthu, Aranthangi Nisha and others.
D Imman composed the songs and scintillating score for this film with stunning visuals by Vijay K Chakravarthy & Vanjinathan Murugesan and brilliant cuts by Anthony. Produced by Nallusamy Pictures, Rajasekar handled the stunts and K Udhaykumar took care of the art direction with publicity designs by Tuney John (24 AM).
