Fans have always dreamt of Thalapathy Vijay and director Venkat Prabhu’s combo. The two finally joined forces for ‘The Greatest Of All Time’ and the shooting has been going on since October 2023. Up next, the makers are set to start a new schedule in Sri Lanka in February.
Meanwhile, a veteran actress hinted at joining the film’s star cast recently. Kaniha is a popular South Indian actress in the 2000s. She debuted with Prasanna’s ‘Five Star’ and further starred opposite Ajith Kumar in ‘Varalaru’ and Mammootty in ‘Pazhassi Raja’. She is now a part of the blockbuster soap opera ‘Ethir Neechal’ on Sun TV.
Kaniha posted a picture with the ‘GOAT’ director Venkat Prabhu a few days ago, which caught the attention of the fans. She captioned it, “@venkat_prabhu such a cool person to work with !! â¤ï¸ #gratitude #2024 #happyme” (sic). It seems that she is working with him on this biggie. However, we have to wait for an official announcement if it’s true.
‘The Greatest Of All Time’ is said to be a sci-fi action film with Vijay in different looks. It also boasts Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Sneha, Laila, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Parvati Nair, Mohan, Jayaram, Ajmal Ameer, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Vaibhav, Premgi Amaren, Yukendran and many others. With music by Yuvan, the film is said to hit the screens by June 2024.
