Actor-director Sasikumar has various exciting projects like ‘Naa Naa’, ‘Nandhan’, Pagaivanuku Arulvai’ and ‘Garudan’ including his speculated directorial comeback with a web series. He announced a new film today and unveiled the first-look posters, which are going viral now.
Sasikumar and ‘Jai Bhim’ fame Lijomol Jose are pairing up in the new movie, directed by Sathyasiva of ‘Kazhugu’ fame. The film is officially titled ‘Freedom’. This project marks the debut production venture of Vijay Ganapathy’s Pictures. The posters hint at a period drama set in the backdrop of the independence era.
The technical team comprises Ghibran as the music composer, NS Uthayakumar as the director of photography, NB Srikanth as the editor and C Uthayakumar as the art director. ‘Freedom’ will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam very soon.
