Delhi high court on Monday dismissed TMC leader Mahua Moitra’s plea to stop BJP MP Nishikant Dubey and his lawyer Jai Anant Dehadrai from making allegedly defamatory content against her.

against Dubey and Dehadrai regarding the “cash for query” allegations, a bench of Justice Sachin Datta refused her request for interim relief.
On December 8 of last year, 49-year-old Moitra was dismissed from her position as a Lok Sabha MP after the Ethics panel found that she was guilty in the matter. Moitra is suspected of accepting money in return for asking questions on behalf of her friend and businessman, but she denied ever receiving any money from him.
