Looks like ‘All Is Well’ between Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir as during the mega-clash between RCB and KKR at the Chinnaswamy, the duo were seen sharing a smile and hug during the strategic time-out of the first innings. It all happened after the umpire signaled for a break after the 16th over of the Bengaluru innings, Gambhir walked down to Kohli and the duo hugged it out and talked with each other.

RCB and KKR locked horns in match no.10 of the IPL 2024 season. The focus was on the duo of Kohli and Gambhir as both had an ugly spat last year after LSG vs RCB clash after the Bengaluru star had some heated exchange with fast-bowler Naveen-ul-Haq. However, now it looks like both legends of Indian cricket have nothing but respect for each other.
The first time Kohli and Gambhir got into a heated exchange was in 2013 when KKR and RCB locked horns. The duo were seen even pushing each other and were seperated by their teammates. (IPL 2024: ‘They Not Won Anything Still Thought…,’ Gautam Gambhir’s Old Video About RCB Goes Viral)
Coming to the match, Kohli’s unbeaten knock of 83 runs guided Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) to 182/6 in their 20 overs against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Friday. KKR skipper Shreyas Iyer won the toss and asked the hosts, RCB to bat first.
The rivalry between RCB and KKR comes way back from time. The two teams have locked horns in 32 games with Kolkata having the upper hand with 18 wins under their belt. KKR have won the IPL title twice so far in 2012 and 2014 whereas RCB still await their first title after 16 seasons.
