Suriya and Karthik Subbaraj are coming together for the first time in the film tentatively called ‘Suriya 44’. The two are jointly producing this movie while Suriya plays the lead and Karthik takes care of the directorial duties. The project is touted to be a period romantic action entertainer.
Indiaglitz broke to you first that Santhosh Narayanan will be composing the musical score of this film. Today, Karthik Subbaraj officially unveiled that Santhosh Narayanan is on board for ‘Suriya 44’ marking the music composer’s birthday. He presented a birthday special poster for SaNa. This movie marks the first collaboration between Suriya and Santhosh.
The shooting of this upcoming flick is anticipated to begin on June first week (June 2). The first schedule is planned in the Andaman Islands for 40 days. We hear that Malayalam actor Joju George will be a part of this film. An official confirmation is awaited in this regard. ‘Suriya 44’ will have cinematography by Thirunavukkarasu as per the reports.
