The official title of ‘Karthi 27’ has been revealed as ‘Meiyazhagan’. Commemorating the actor’s birthday, the makers unveiled the first look of the movie today. Now, the film’s second-look poster has been released, featuring Karthi in a rural look with long hair, affectionately petting a bull.
‘Meiyazhagan’ is all about the friendship between the leads: Karthi and Arvind Swamy. Sri Divya and Swathi Konde are also a part of this drama entertainer. C Premkumar of ’96’ fame directed this much-awaited flick while Suriya and Jyothika bankrolled it under 2D Entertainment. The second look poster is doing rounds on the internet now.
‘Meiyazhagan’ is expected to hit the screens later this year. The technical team includes Govind Vasantha as the music composer, Mahendiran Jayaraju as the cinematographer, R. Govindaraj as the editor, and S. Ayyappan as the art director. Sakthi Film Factory has acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights.
