Simbu is currently busy shooting for ‘Thug Life’ alongside Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan, directed by Mani Ratnam. Recent reports indicate that his upcoming magnum opus film, ‘STR 48,’ directed by Desingh Periasamy, is set to be transferred from Raaj Kamal Films to a different production house.
According to the latest reports, Simbu is gearing up for a new movie with Ishari Ganesh’s Vels Films International. Malayalam director Jude Antony Joesph is in talks to helm this upcoming project. He previously directed the Tovino Thomas starrer ‘2018’ movie last year, which became the highest-grossing Malayalam film before ‘Manjummel Boys’.
Additionally, it is reported that the Complete Actor Mohanlal will play a pivotal role alongside STR in this venture. While the film is still in the initial stages of discussion, we await an official confirmation. Notably, the feud between Simbu and Vels Films International is said to be completely resolved.
