Official: Dhanush joins forces with a new production house for his ‘D52’ project!

Dhanush, who has been busy filming ‘Kubera’ with director Sekhar Kammula, has now officially announced his next big venture. His fourth directorial project, tentatively titled ‘D52’, was revealed today by the production house, generating excitement among fans.

Teaming up with producer Aakash Baskaran of Dawn Pictures, Dhanush will both direct and star in this highly anticipated film tentatively called ‘D52’. The production house issued an official statement announcing the project which is doing rounds now. Reportedly, the shooting for this movie has begun in Theni with a song sequence.

Sources reveal that ‘D52’ will feature Nithya Menen as the female lead, with Ashok Selvan taking on a pivotal role and Arun Vijay portraying the antagonist, setting up an exciting cast lineup. The music for the film will be composed by GV Prakash, who has already completed two songs for the project.
