Fried Beef with Scallion & Ginger

Ingredients
- 200g beef
- 1 tsp PRB Seasoning Wine
- 1 tsp PRB Premium Seasoning Soy Sauce
- Salt & sugar, to taste
- 1g sugar
- 30g ginger, sliced
- 1g baking soda
- 15g scallion, chopped
- 30mL water
- 5g garlic, chopped
- PRB Blended Sesame Oil, to taste
- Red chilli pieces, to garnish
- Pepper, to taste
- 5g cornstarch
- Oil, to cover
- ¼ tsp PRB Premium Seasoning
- Soy Sauce
- ½ tsp PRB Superior Dark Soy Sauce
Method
- Cut the beef into thin slices.
- Marinate for 20 mins with marinade ingredients, add the cornstarch and cover with oil.
- Heat 30g oil to 100°C, then fry the beef until it just changes colour.
- Mix seasoning materials together well.
- Fry the ginger, scallion, garlic and chilli with the beef, add the seasoning materials and mix well.
- Serve warm.
