She mentioned how this crisis made her realize the support around her and brought unexpected help. One such help came from Sivakarthikeyan, who called her and asked if she needed any assistance. Sajana requested a new cricket bat after losing her kit in the flood. Within a week, she received a new bat from him.
Sajana had acted in Sivakarthikeyan’s production “Kanaa,” a 2018 sports-drama film directed by Arunraja Kamaraj. The movie starred Aishwarya Rajesh, Sathyaraj, Ilavarasu, and Rama, portraying the journey of a young woman aspiring to play cricket for India while highlighting the importance of agriculture.
