Digestion-Boosting Winter Porridge

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Blend 11
  • 1 serve of gluten-free porridge base of your choice
  • 3 prunes
  • 1 pear, chopped
  • Cinnamon, to taste
  • Unsweetened coconut or Greek yoghurt, to serve

Method

  • The night before, place prunes and chopped pears in a small pot, fi ll with water and cover the pot. Soak and refrigerate Blend 11 as per directions on pack. Prep your gluten-free porridge base as per directions on pack.
  • In the morning, cook your porridge as directed on pack. Cook the prunes and pears until the pears are soft.
  • To serve, spoon Blend 11 on top of your porridge. Dollop with yoghurt. Spoon over prunes, pears and cinnamon.
