Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 slice Herman Brot® Lower Carb Bread
  • 50g smoked salmon
  • Parsley, to garnish
  • Garlic chives, to garnish
  • Pepper, to taste

Method

  • Whisk eggs together and pour into hot, lightly oiled pan. Start separating and folding until eggs are cooked through.
  • Toast bread to your liking
  • Top with scrambled eggs and salmon slices.
  • Garnish with chopped chives and parsley.
  • Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
