Scrambled Eggs & Smoked Salmon on Lower Carb Bread

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 slice Herman Brot® Lower Carb Bread
- 50g smoked salmon
- Parsley, to garnish
- Garlic chives, to garnish
- Pepper, to taste
Method
- Whisk eggs together and pour into hot, lightly oiled pan. Start separating and folding until eggs are cooked through.
- Toast bread to your liking
- Top with scrambled eggs and salmon slices.
- Garnish with chopped chives and parsley.
- Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
