Ajith Kumar’s much-anticipated Tamil action-comedy film Good Bad Ugly is set to release tomorrow and is already showing strong advance booking figures in Tamil Nadu. Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, this film marks Ajith’s 63rd outing as a leading star, and early data suggests a promising opening weekend.
According to box office tracker Cinetrak, the film has amassed ₹28.46 crore in advance booking sales across 10,695 shows for its extended weekend (Thursday to Sunday). The daily earnings are ₹14.45 crore on Day 1 (3,402 shows), ₹4.64 crore on Day 2 (2,410 shows), ₹4.85 crore on Day 3 (2,469 shows), and ₹4.52 crore on Day 4 (2,414 shows).
Though Good Bad Ugly is trailing behind recent Tamil blockbusters like Leo (₹48.28 crore), The Greatest of All Time (₹39.54 crore), and Jailer (₹33.05 crore), it has still outperformed Vettaiyan (₹26.58 crore).
The film features an ensemble cast, led by Ajith Kumar and supported by Trisha Krishnan, Usha Uthup, Rahul Dev, Kingsley, Yogi Babu, and others. It is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar, with music by GV Prakash Kumar and cinematography by Abinandhan Ramanujam. Vijay Velukutty handles the editing, with stunts choreographed by Supreme Sundar and Kaloian Vodenicharov.
Good Bad Ugly‘s production and creative team includes co-directors, associate directors, a full editing and sound crew, along with VFX and promotional teams. All signs point to a strong box office performance for its opening weekend.
