Malaysia Vasudevan was a renowned playback singer in the Tamil film industry, known for delivering numerous super hit songs. He captivated audiences with songs like “Sevvandhi Poo Mudicha” and “Aattukutti Muttaiyittu”. His popularity soared with tracks such as “Kovilmani Osai Thannai Kaettathaaro” and “Vaan Megangale… Vaazhththungal Paadungal”. Over his career, he sang thousands of songs before passing away on February 20, 2011.
Yesterday marked his 14th death anniversary. On this occasion, his son, singer, and actor Yugendran shared an emotional message on Instagram in remembrance of his father. In his heartfelt post, he expressed, “Acha, it has been 14 years since you passed away, but not a day goes by without thinking of you. There are so many memories – some make me smile, while others bring tears. I listen to your songs daily. Sometimes, they fill me with sadness, but at other times, they make me feel like you are still with me.
I cherish your voice and the beautiful moments we shared. Beyond a father-son relationship, we were also the best of friends. I miss you dearly, Acha.”
