Actor Arun Vijay recently responded to a fan’s question about the release date of ‘Idli Kadai’, sparking speculation that the film’s release might be postponed.
Directed by and starring Dhanush, ‘Idli Kadai’ features Arun Vijay in a villainous role. The film’s shooting has reportedly been completed, with post-production work in full swing. Initially, it was set for release on April 10, but with Ajith’s ‘Good Bad Ugly’ hitting theaters on the same day, reports suggest a delay.
Producer Akash recently clarified, “There’s still 15% of the shoot left, and we’re waiting for the right release date.”
Amidst the speculation, Arun Vijay took to social media to share a poster of ‘Idli Kadai’ and called it a “huge film.” When a fan asked about its release date, his response—“We have to finish the shoot, but Thala is coming, watch him”—hinted at a possible delay.
This has further fueled rumors that ‘Good Bad Ugly’ will release as planned on April 10, while ‘Idli Kadai’ is likely to be postponed. Fans now eagerly await an official confirmation.
