Dayanidhi Maran is a prominent politician in the ruling party DMK. He was elected as MP thrice in 2004, 2009 and 2019 and is serving as one currently. While his brother Kalanithi Maran is the founder of the Sun Network and a popular businessman, he hasn’t been involved in any kind of trade. Now, Dayanidhi Maran’s children have established their startup at a young age.
Dayanidhi’s son Karan Maran and daughter Divya Maran have entered into the fashion and lifestyle business with their new foundation. The two have joined hands with Nivedita Aravind for the startup brand ‘K-KIX’. They claim it to be a “revolutionary†and “groundbreaking†sneaker customization that combines artistic self-expression with the expanding sneaker culture.
The customers can design and customize their sneakers as per their wish at the K-KIX. This brand was officially launched in March, 2023. The platform offers a comprehensive design process that allows users to choose their base model from an extensive collection, select their preferred colours and materials and even add personal touches like custom logos, text or images, a statement from K-KIX said.
