Ariana Grande’s ex-husband, Dalton Gomez, was seen kissing Maika Monroe during a night out on Saturday, following their finalized divorce. The real estate agent, 28, and the Wicked actress, 30, quickly settled their divorce proceedings earlier this week on Friday.
Gossip site DeuxMoi posted a photo to its Instagram stories on Sunday from a source claiming Gomez and Monroe were ‘packing on the PDA’ at Jumbo’s in Hollywood. Monroe was previously linked to Joe Keery, known for Stranger Things. They had been together since 2017, but rumors of a split surfaced last year after Keery’s album included lyrics hinting at a breakup.
Gomez’s recent dating life was reported by TMZ in July. On Friday, Ariana and Dalton finalized their divorce, with Ariana paying him $1,250,000 and covering $25,000 of his attorney fees. Despite the divorce, a source said there’s no bad blood, and they wanted to ensure everything was done right together.
The divorce paperwork was filed in September, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ and a separation date in February 2023. Sources noted that they worked everything out before going to court and remained respectful of each other throughout the process.
Ariana and Dalton started dating in January 2020, got engaged in December, and wed in May 2021. However, they split earlier this year in July. A source at the time said there was no cheating or resentment; the marriage just didn’t work out. Since then, Dalton has been learning to accept the split.
Ariana has moved on with Ethan Slater, her Wicked co-star, who also filed for divorce in July. They are now living together and were recently spotted on a Disneyland date, with sources describing them as happy and good for each other.
