Sivakarthikeyan, one of the most bankable stars in Tamil cinema is currently acting in ‘SK21’ produced by Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan and directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy. The army based film has music by G.V. Prakash Kumar with Sai Pallavi playing the female lead.
Siva will next be shooting for ‘SK22’ directed by A.R.Murugadoss that will reportedly have Mrunal Thakur as the female lead and Mollywood superstar Mohanlal and Vidyut Jamwal in important characters. The project will go on floors by the end of the this year.
Now the hot news that is doing the rounds in Kollywood circles is that Sivakarthikeyan has already initiated talks for his next movie. According to unconfirmed reports the busy start has listened to a script narration by director Vinayak Chandrasekaran of ‘ Good Night’ fame. The buzz is that he liked the subject and is keen to take it to the next level. Official word is awaited.
‘Good Night’ a unique film about the trails and tribulations of a young man suffering from snoring and how that goes to the extent of spoiling his family life was well recieved by both critics and family audiences. The performances of the lead pair Manikandan and Meetha Raghunath won them widespread recognition.
