Veteran actor Mansoor Ali Khan is known for his rather no holds barred brash speeches. In his latest one he went overboard lamenting he did not have a chance to “rape” Trisha in ‘Leo’. He then went into detail how he did such disgusting things to yesteryear actresses Khushbu and Roja during his villainous roles. Clearly suffering from verbal diahrea the controversial actor went on and on under the presumption that it was humorous while the press people clearly did not enjoy it

Trisha reacted strongly by posting on X
“A recent video has come to my notice where Mr.Mansoor Ali Khan has spoken about me in a vile and disgusting manner.I strongly condemn this and find it sexist, disrespectful, misogynistic, repulsive and in bad taste. He can keep wishing but I am grateful never to have shared screen space with someone as pathetic as him and I will make sure it never happens for the rest of my film career as well. People like him bring a bad name to mankind.”

It is well known that Lokesh Kanagaraj who directed ‘Leo’ cast Mansoor Ali Khan in a special role because he was a fan of his unique style of acting. He even initially cast him as the main lead in ‘Kaithi’ but was later replaced by Karthi for commercial reasons.

Lokesh also strongly condemned Mansoor Ali Khan’s distasteful speech on X as well “Disheartened and enraged to hear the misogynistic comments made by Mr.Mansoor Ali Khan, given that we all worked in the same team. Respect for women, fellow artists and professionals should be a non-negotiable in any industry and I absolutely condemn this behaviour.”
