Master Mahendran, who started his career as a child artist in the 90s, re-entered the Tamil cinema as a matured actor in Thalapathy Vijay’s 2021 blockbuster ‘Master’. He recently impressed everyone with his acting performance in the recent web series, ‘Label’ starring Jai.
Now, the latest news is that Mahendran began a new film as a lead actor today. This project marks the debut venture of the new production house, Sana Studios, which is stepping into the industry with excellent planning. Four famous directors of Kollywood launched the film, ‘Production No. 1’. The pictures from the movie launch ceremony are now viral.
Director and politician Seeman inaugurated the movie along with directors Saran, Arunraja Kamaraj and Kalyan. The film’s cast and crew participated in the function, which began with a grand puja. Starring Mahendran and Jeevitha in the lead roles, this project is said to be a survival thriller directed by Nawin Ganesh of ‘Echo’ fame.
This upcoming movie also stars Charlie, Kumki Ashwin, CWC Pugazh, Sarath and many others. The technical team comprises Sam CS as the music composer, Ravi Varma as the cinematographer and Deepak as the editor. The film will be shot in Chennai and its surroundings in a short span. The images from the function are going viral.
