rajiniThe filming for Superstar Rajinikanth’s cop film ‘Vettaiyan’ is getting close to completion as we reported earlier. The final schedule is progressing at a brisk phase in Hyderabad currently. A video of Thalaivar from the sets surfaced over the internet this morning and is going viral.
Rajinikanth was papped on his way to the shooting spot in his car. He was spotted in a police officer getup in the clip. We have learnt that nearly 15 days of shooting are left in this final schedule. He is expected to wrap up his portions by March second week while the entire movie will be finished by March end. The makers are planning a grand Diwali release.
This film directed by TJ Gnanavel of ‘Jai Bhim’ fame is said to be about fake encounters. It consists of a stellar star cast including Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, Dushara Vijayan, Rakshan and others. With music by Anirudh, the cinematography is handled by SR Kathir and editing is done by Philomin Raj.
