“Raayan” is Dhanush’s 50th film as an actor and second film as the director. Produced by Sun Pictures, the upcoming film is scheduled to hit the screens on July 26th. The film’s songs composed by Isai Puyal AR Rahman are huge hits already. Today, Dhanush announced the release of the film’s trailer.
The team announced with a new poster that the ‘Raayan’ trailer will be unveiled on 16th July (Tuesday). ‘D50’ is going to be a treat for the fans. The anticipation for the movie is getting stronger each day. This is Dhanush’s A-certified gangster film since ‘Vada Chennai’. The story revolves around a simpleton dragged into the dreaded world of crime and manipulation after a series of unfortunate events.
‘Raayan’ has an impressive star cast comprising Dhanush, SJ Suryah, Prakash Raj, Selvaraghavan, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Dushara Vijayan, Aparna Balamurali, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and others. The film has music composed by A. R. Rahman, cinematography handled by Om Prakash and editing by Prasanna GK.
