Ivy Entertainment and Vels Film International, led by Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh, have teamed up to produce Maha Shakthi, a grand cinematic spectacle with a ₹100 crore budget. The movie’s grand launch took place in Chennai today.

Starring Nayanthara as a divine protector, the film also features Regina Cassandra in an intense role and Yogi Babu contributing comic relief. Accomplished actors like Urvashi, Garuda Ram, and Ajay Ghosh are part of the cast. Notably, Duniya Vijay plays the antagonist, adding depth to the narrative with his powerful performance.

Although the Tamil version is titled Mookuthi Amman 2, the makers clarified that Maha Shakthi is a standalone story and the beginning of a new cinematic franchise. Nayanthara expressed her excitement, saying, “Playing this role is an emotion. With Sundar sir’s direction, we are bringing a story that will leave a lasting impact.”

Directed by Sundar C, known for his expertise in commercial cinema, Maha Shakthi promises a mix of spectacular visuals, intense action sequences, and emotional storytelling. “We are raising the bar in action, scale, and visual appeal. This is a film that will resonate with audiences worldwide,” said Sundar C.

Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh added, “This film is not just about grandeur; it’s about connecting with audiences globally while staying true to our cultural roots.”

With high production value, breathtaking visuals, and a gripping story, Maha Shakthi is set to make a significant mark in Indian cinema and beyond.
